As we are a home-based business, we work with limited capital and lower overheads. We have a few ways of working. Firstly for all web design matters, we require the consultation fee to be paid upon contact with the client or before contact. The remainder of the of the website costing fees is payable upon completion of the website. Payment method accepted for web design is direct deposit or netbank transfer.

For computer systems, we require the full amount to be paid before the computer system is built. Payment method accepted for computer system building is direct deposit or netbank transfer.

For computer repairs, we require payment in person via cash or cheque as soon as the work is completed.
